CLG Fitness: Mommy Fit



CLG Fitness is owned by Personal Trainers Suzanne and Josef Serfaty. Suzanne is a Pre and Post Natal Specialist and Advanced Core Confidence Specialist which means she specializes in many postpartum conditions including diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse and incontinence. Josef is a Sr Tactical Fit Instructor and Mindset/Resilience coach.
During Covid 19, CLG Fitness is offering virtual personal training sessions over Zoom (or the video call of the clients choice). Sessions are still individual, motivational and corrections to form, posture, breathing, etc are still given.
For group classes, we are offering the following:
Mommy Fit (safe for pregnancy and post partum and kids/babies welcome to join) – Mondays and Wednesdays at 11:20 am. $15+HST per class

Parenting To Go, is an urban family blog that shares ideas on how to maintain the pre-baby lifestyle post kids.

While they aren’t traveling or dining out presently, the Murphy’s are sharing easy multi-cultural recipes to get kids in the kitchen and travel themed ideas on how to keep kids aged 5 to 10 busy and entertained. Yashy and her kids are also sharing their at-home adventures and misadventures on Instagram and Facebook.

Veronica La Marca is a mom, Registered dietitian and owner of Eat2Grow based in Toronto. Eat2Grow is a counseling service that helps families feel confident in feeding their children and overcome picky eating. Virtual visits are available!

The Mama Coach


I am a mama of 3 small kids, Registered Nurse, Prenatal Educator, Lactation Counselor, Sleep Coach and more.

I provide support for both breast and formula/bottle feeding and firmly believe that fed is best.

I love helping families get more sleep and work with you to fully assess your baby’s development, feeding and sleep needs in order to develop an individualized sleep plan to help your baby and family reach your sleep goals. Typically I cover the Grey Bruce and Collingwood areas, but for the safety of your family and to respect social distancing, all services are currently being offered virtually for the duration of the pandemic.
